When I extract the stress values from the results by XY Data option, it gives me something like this:

It gives me different stress values for identical time step. Why? Is it possible to avoid it?
In field output request manager my frequency is "Every n increments", when n=1.
I have tried with "Every x units of time", but it gave the same problem.
Maybe someone had the same issue?

What are you requesting to generate the XY-data? Exactly...

In visualisation mode I click "Create XY Data", then I choose "ODB field output", then "Unique nodal" (in position). I choose "Mises" from "S: Stress components" ("S.Mises").

Hi,

Maybe you haven't averaged the field output at the nodes. To check, open your .odb in CAE and then go to Result -> Options and check the box beside "Average element output at nodes". Then extract your XY data as before and see if you still get the same issue.

Good luck,
Dave

Hi Dave,

This box was checked already.

You are getting exactly what you have asked for. You asked for unique nodal, which will provide the results for each node with respect to the contribution from each attached element. Ergo, multiple results for identical locations.

MMmm, so I should ask for "element nodal"? And then choose the node which I want from generated nodes of this element? Or maybe there is a better method?
