Yellow square at the end of a leader arrow?

When manipulating a dimension or leader text, a yellow box apears at the tip of the arrow head. Is there any way to make this smaller or turn it off? It makes it difficult to move the arrow head or reattach.

Hi,

Go to tools / option / drafting // manipulators

there you can set the size of those yellow square, make them zoomable...
