What are you planning to use for audio? Do a dry run and listen carefully. Most rooms have a lot of reflections and the audio ends up sounding like its recorded in a bathroom. Acoustic treatment from moving blankets to sound absorbing panels can help a lot.

A decent mic can be had for around $100. The soundcard in your computer is generally junk. There are USB audio interfaces for less than $100 that can also make a world of difference.

If you are recording video separate from audio, remember to start the audio recording first and then make some noise, like a clap, so it's easy to sync things up later.

Then decide on your editing software. There is some free stuff out there (Audacity for audio is popular), some for a little money (Reaper comes to mind), and then more expensive versions.

Rendering / editing video can be resource intensive on the computer. RAM and video + a SSD speeds things up.

How many cameras? Front and 3/4? Any overhead shots?
You have your front lights and back lights with appropriate reflectors/screens.
One nice thing about LED lights is being able to adjust intensity and color.
This can help a lot with getting the color balance correct.
High CRI lighting is a must.
Sound deadening is also a must.
A small digital sound board will let you add some equalization and effects (slight reverb) in order to make it sound more natural.
Record both audio and video in the highest resolution possible and then downsize for posting.
This should help minimize artifacts.
