ZEMAX questions

I've noticed that most requests for help with ZEMAX go without response. My associate uses ZEMAX here and he tells me that a majority of these questions can be answered via their website

Most, but not all. Optical fiber bundles are not adequately described there. Besides, I do believe that there should be vital Zemax users group discussion outside of the domain of the company. No complaints about Zemax, but I've seen the benefit of having and participating in these groups.

Certainly, I agree there should be as many avenues for solutions to users problems as possible. I wish I could find a users group for OptisWorks so that I could discuss my applications. I posted the link as a suggestion for forum users with questions that are going unanswered.
