I'm looking for a schematic for a zero voltage crossing detector.

Application: thyristor triggering
Input voltage: 50-700Vrms
Frequency: 45-65Hz
Accuracy: better than 50us over the full voltage and frequency range.

Why not use something off the shelf ? e.g. SS switch? <nbucska@pcperipherals.com>

What type of signal are you looking for at zero crossing. I have several possible circuits.

hi...

try website of POWEREX, TECCOR and INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER...

I'm not sure exactly what you're doing here but has a few circuits you may find useful and off the shelf equipment etc. They operate a zero crossing mains signalling system that we have been using here for 20 years.

To Lewish:

I'm looking for a pulse synchronised with the zero voltage crossing: this pulse should be delayed not more than 50us after zero crossing! The main problem here is to avoid all the interferences which occur in a standard grid!
