Zeta value 1

My European affiliates have asked several times for Zeta values. It is supposed to be some sort of flow restriction index, but unlike the inverse of a Cv value, Zeta can be the same value for different sizes of valves.

Can someone please enlighten me as to the definition of Zeta, and how I might tabulate it?
