Does anyone know where (or if) I can find salt spray test data that compares,side-by-side in the same test, the corrosion resistance of zinc/aluminum flake coating systems from the various manufacturers like Doerken Delta MKS, Magni, Geomet,Sermagard, Whitford, Zintek, Empigard, etc?

I don't think you will find such a comparison. What you will normally see is a particular brand compared to brands, A,B,C. will no description of the brands.
The salt spray test was developed with the idea in mind to just compare the results and not have to run side by side tests.

Based on my experience with these coatings the surface preparation is key to a functional coating.

This is basically the kind of stuff you have to do yourself. Obtain samples from the various vendors and run the salt spray test. I did lots of projects like that.

I would contact the manufacturers directly and ask for performance results for specific ASTM tests you are seeking. Salt spray is ASTM B117.

In my experience, the data from the coating suppliers will be based on coated panels, not on the actual componentry one may wish to use the coatings on. While that may be useful as a preliminary screening tool, for for a true comparision, you have to use the actual components and salt spray test them all at once.
