Zinc die cast parts-Coating

Hello,
i have a part which is having external threads. for that when we use powder coating the thickness makes the thread failure(ie., the powder deposits on the threads) so i need to have someother possible coating which will not add much thickness on the surface but should have good corrosive resitance

Xylar, Xylan and Dykor are some that come to mind if your part can take a little heat. If the part is a high value added component you might look at Parylene coating.
