need help!

Hi everyone!
I am developing a handwatch that can mointor number of heartbeats per minute and body tempreture. For tempreture measurment i've got MAXIM DS18S20 but it is quite big and i've no idea for heartbeats measurment yet.

Could you help me to find sensors that are small as possible?

Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance
