manual of steel construction - digital form

I am looking for either the manual of steel construction - Allowable stress design - 9th edition

or

the Manual of Steel Construction: Load Reduction Factor Method

in DIGITAL form. If anyone knows of an organization, corporation or university that has put either of these manuals in digital form, I would be greatly interested.

I am willing to pay for these manuals in digital form also.

I don't think AISC has allowed the whole manual to be digitized....you can, I think, download the new LRFD Specifications at:
