Heyco makes a liquid tight pigtail fitting P/N M4396 which is molded from Nylon 6/6 with the sealing gland made from Buna N. Their maximum usage temperature spec for the part is 105 deg C max. I need to find a part like this that I can use at 120 deg C. Has anyone had any experience in using this part or a similar part at these slightly-higher-than-specified temperatures? Or do you know of a substitute part that I might consider?

How many do you need.

Nylon 4.6 can normally be used in the same moulds as nylon 6.6. They may do a special run if the quantity and price you pay is attractive.

I cannot comment on the Buna N component

Thanks to all, my conclusion is that this combination of materials may be used up to 100 deg C only, due to the Buna N, and that even 105 deg C is a little too high a rating.
