I am doing a substructure study on a truss bridge. The program we have to get loading only does dead load and live load analysis. I am interested to see if there is a spreadsheet available to determine wind loads on the superstructure. Our client has instructed us to use the 17th edition (LFD) for all calculations. Thank you.

Is there some reason you're not using the tables in AASHTO 3.15.2.1? Calculating the area would be up to you.
