import information from Excel to SAP

I am working with SAP 2000 Plus V.8.3.51 and I have a model where at 54 nodes, I have to put it 9 different charge types, in each charge type I have the 6 charges FX, FY, FZ, MX, MY and MZ. Is there any way to import this information from Excel to SAP?

Go to Edit menu > Interactive database editing. You can import excel files for anything.. geometry, loads, gridlines, joint coordinates, anything you want
