SAP2000 NL time history OUTPUT

i am performing a Nonlinear analysis of a 3d base isolated building, and have some troubles with the output

how can i include in the output the same
TIME HISTORY TRACES the program plots you in a window?

i'd need to export a(t),v(t), s(t),F(t)...and so on
and open them with excel

follow the steps:
1, run the th analysis;
2, display>>show time history traces>>define functions>> select the traces your want to display;
3, in time history function dialog box: file>> print tables to file, choose your name and save it;
4 open it with excel
there you are!
