Row & Column names

Hi,
I have a excel spread sheet where the row and column identities like A, B, C... and 1, 2, 3... are hidden. How can I make it show up so that I can adjust the width and height.

check box for Row & column headers

Tools --> Options

One of the check boxes there is "view row/column headers."
