AASHTO Residential-specific Geometrics

ABout 10 years ago, I remember seeing a publication by AASHTO that developed criteria for residential subdivision roadways. It was a thin, soft-cover booklet.

I'd like to get a complete title and ISBN nubmer if anyone knows.

I have a publication titled "Guidelines for Geometric Design of Very Low-Volume Local Roads (ADT<400)". The date is 2001. It's available from AASHTO for $25.
ISBN: 1-56051-166-4. I haven't seen one specifically addressing residential subdivisions.
