Should the ends of conduits end with sealing fittings in non-hazardous locations when conduits themselves pass class 1, division 1 area? We have conduits under the slab in an aircraft hangar that is class 1, division 1 area according to NEC but conduits ends are in office and electrical rooms.
What type of conduits should be used in the slab, steel or PVC? Conduits are concrete incased at depth of less than 600mm.
Can sealing fittings be concealed in walls or they should always be accessible to pump out gases?
Thanks beforehand!

The area under the slab would be classified Class 1, Div. 1, and seals would be required at each end of the conduit. The NEC does not require seal fittings to be accessible. I've never heard of 'pumping out gases'. Below-grade conduits buried at least 610mm may be RNC, provided they transition to RMC or IMC at least 2ft horizontally before emerging.

There is an entire section of the NEC dedicated to aircraft hangers. Design of electrical systems for hazardous environments is a specialty that requires a fair amount of careful engineering. I would suggest you retain the services of a professional engineer before proceeding with the installation.
