Bitumen price indices

Is there any one knows a free website where I can view and download the indices for bitumen materials.I have tried many website in vain

If you are in the US, try your state's DOT. NYSDOT periodically issues Engineering Bullitens on (among other things) price adjustments for asphalt and fuel.

Thanks ACtrafficengr,
Despite of this our contract specifies that the source of bitumen price indices should be from "HSFO 180CST MEAN/Average PLATTS Quotations and the currency of index in US$"Itry to search every where using this website but I could'nt manage to get any information regarding price indices for bitumen materials.
