Do I need the firedamper for this peneteration?.

Now I face a problem that the peneteration from ECR Room to Main Switch Board Room (A-0 Bulkhead) is 1000x400 in size.Do I need the firedamper for this peneteration?.This is for the ABS Class Lift Boat Project
