Production Control/Shopfloor control Software 1

I work in N.Ireland at sub contract engineering of parts.There are 7 of us in the company and we are looking to computerise our production but all the software out there (in the UK) costs about 7K and £100/month thereafter .Would anyone know of a package to buy straight out with no monthly charges??

We use a package called Tricorn aimed at small companies.
Total cost was £3900.00 with no montly fees. System goes
from quotes through to Coc, deliveries, invoices with full
tracability.
