Maintainance Program for Loading Lines

I am intrested in knowing the pipeline maintainance program [cleaning, IP, frequency of pigging etc]for ship loading pipeline where the offshore end of the pipeline does not have pig receiving facilities.

RTD has ultrasonic tools, some tethered that may work.

I have used the ultrasonic tools form the tank farm to the SBM and the ship was setp to back pump the UT tool back to the tank farm.

because of the location the diver check the load line two time weekly. As the Engineer I chekced the load line every week.

I had 5 load lines 2,800 feet long the depth was 110 ft.

Generally pipelines are pigged based on the life span they are designed and the product flow. Coming to the point, generally we should have pig receivers or launchers for pigging , should there be no receivers / launchers, pigs are launched with product and are received by the end user.
