Heat Exchanger stress analysis

Hi all,

Just a few quick questions.

Is SW Simulation any good for doing a full thermal and pressure analysis on a very large heat exchanger?

Does it also show thermal expansion?

I have used abaqus and ansys before for this type of work, but I have never used SW Sim for this.

Dude,

You can do this by two ways:
- Run a Flow Simulation Analysis and export the results in a static analysis;
- run a thermal study (available from SolidWorks Simulation Professional).
