I am using Inventor Professional 2011. How would I make a sheet metal fold that doesn't fold everything along that line? Something like creating a limit to where the fold will affect.

Set Offset on Flange or Contoured Flange?
Zip and attach your file here.

Here is the file as attached. I'm trying to make the fold along the line but using "Fold" will automatically fold the circle as well. The Inventor tutorials/help files, though fancy, aren't very helpful.

zephyrus,
It really isn't clear what your final shape needs to be. Got a picture or something so we can see what it is supposed to look like.
There are a bunch of lines..what is your fold line..how much do you need to leave for supporting the circle,etc...

It is always better to try to model it in the folded state using flanges,etc.. instead of using the fold command.
