Dimensions appearing neon green instead of black!?

I'm posting this for a friend of mine; I'm not having this problem. He's running SW 2010, and recently when he dimensions drawings, the dimensions are coming up neon green instead of black or grey. This is not the olive green of a dangling dimension, and he's gone through the system options, resetting all colors to the defaults, but they still keep showing up as neon green.

When importing dimensions they show up black, but adding them manually to drawings (dimensions, non imported (driven)) they show up as neon green instead of dark grey as specified in the System Options > Colors. Center marks also show up neon green.

I had him open an old drawing with correctly colored dimensions, save that as a template, then create a drawing using that template, but that didn't fix it.

Any ideas?

He could try resetting the registry, or copy your settings to his computer.

What graphics card is he using?

Are they ending up on a layer with the neon green color assigned to it?

I'll ask him about the graphics card later today.

I didn't even know Solidworks had layers until this; I'm glad I asked! I'll have him check that.

Turns out it wasn't a layer. However, my description to him of how to find the layer toolbar left him searching through the other toolbars, and he found a line format toolbar that did the trick. Apparently the setting was only accessible through that toolbar and not through the menu.
