Compeletly Separation Water from Hydrocarbon(H.C.)

You have very heavy hydrocarbons with very little water to begin with. You want to remove more water. First, decant off any free water. Next, raise the temperature and boil off water what you can. I don't think mol sieves are going to work because they will plug quickly with your heavy HCs. That may be the limit of what you can do without knowing more details.

Have you considered using a coalescer to remove the water? You could pump the HC/Water mixture through some type of filter/mesh and allow the water (since it is heavier) to drain to a lower section of the coalescer to be pumped away, while the HC pump straight through and are sent out through the top.

I've installed a similar system before. You should be able to use a capacitance probe with an automatic shutdown system to detect water in the upper reaches of the device (where the HC will be exiting) to further secure against carrying water through.
