Does anyone run a Belmont RAM EDM?

We are evaluating the purchase of a new Belmont RAM EDM, and was wondering if anyone on the forum has experience with the support from their supplier. Ours would be out of the headquarters in Madison Heights, Michigan. We have been buying wire and ram consumables from them for years, and they seem like a pretty good house, but we haven't had any experience with either the machine, or the service.

Any opinions you may have would be appreciated.
