Error c16#0317, network cannot be scheduled when trying to connect to RCNA-01 adapter using RSLogix

hi

first time trying to communicate to ABB ACS drive 550 using ControlNet and RCNA-01 adapter module on the ABB drive.

when generic module is added to I/O configuration in RSLogix5000, a warning code c16#0317 appears and generic module cannot be created.

please help
