Toolbars Not Available, Toolbars Disappeared 1

Is it just me, or is the Measure toolbar not available in Product Structure mode? I look in the toolbar list and don't see it.
Also, the Constraints and Manipulation toolbars have disappeared and don't show in the toolbar list. WUWT?

Although not convenient, that's correct...those toolbars are not available in Product Structure workbench. You'll need to go to Assembly Design workbench to see them.
If the Product Structure workbench was very dear to you for any reason, it is possible to create a custom toolbar and add all the missing commands in that workbench. I don't tend to bother with that method very often though.
