Article on recent changes to ASME Sect. IX 2013 edition 1

I recently picked up this excellent article by Walter J. Sperko from his website (which has some great additional links/articles).
The articles reflects the recent changes in the 2013 edt of ASME Sect IX, which serves as a nice resource for those involved in e.g. welding QA/QC, welding engineering, etc.

Furthermore, the article "Auditing of Welding Under ASME Section IX", freely available from ASME's website, is a great 'tool' for engineers and inspectors involved with welding and welding inspection activities.
