Teamcenter Integration for NX initialize failure PDI_login error in HTTP-SOA mode

I am running NX 8.5 with TC 9 and the NX integration was running just fine last week. Now when I try to start NX from TC I get this Initialization Failure message: Teamcenter Integration for NX initialize failure PDI_login error in HTTP-SOA mode

I have tried clearing the TC and NX cache of the user. I have tried several other users that were working just fine last week - they are all getting the same thing. I can launch NX on it's own so it seems like something happened to the TC integration for NX. Of course when I ask around - nothing has changed. Any ideas where I should start looking?
