NX turning blank geometry

When I ad IPW updated in sub spindle to my second setup for turning operation,i get the preview for my blank and it's fine,but when I try to face the part worrning comes out "Operation has no blank geometry. Select valid blank geometry".

What does the geometry view of the operation navigator look like?

Here's what I did ,I set Workpiece_1 as Master blank,selected part and blank,set the MCS_spindle as a subbranch to master blank and it's the same error again.

Please look carefully at the organization of the geometry view shown in the help.
In your picture, I do not see a common geometry group for both spindles.

I can't select the blank geometry,when i follow procedure in help.If it's not too much trouble for you, can you please upload same simple two side face operation with generated IPW (two setups) it would really help me.

I am currently getting this same problem. It appears that although you can select an IPW to be your blank geometry, it doesn't carry this over into a turning workpiece geometry.

Again, in yout picture, I do not see a master blank, and the second spindle is not under the same geometry group as the first spindle. Please contact GTAC if you cannot resolve this.

In my last picture,you can see the master blank,unfortunatly I don't have direct access to GTAC.As i said before,simple example would save the day.
