Changing tool bar colors in NX 10

Hello,

We have just now moved from NX9 to NX10. The problem I have is that the background color of the NX10 tool bars is too light for me and all the icons are hard to see. I want to make NX10 look like I had it in NX9

but instead it looks like this


can anyone tell me how to change this color?
