carbon fiber and molding

I have had some friends interested in carbon fiber molding and producing replacement automotive parts. If anyone has decent experience with carbon fiber and knows of a good place to research the basics of molding I would greatly appreciate it. I have seen some results and I am interested myself in the process.

Look into RTPcompany.com. They are big on reinforced and lubricated plastic formulations.
