Weak Axis Shear, Combined Shear and Moment

Good Evening!
I am checking some column stubs coming down from a steel transfer structure. I have axial loads for each of these, as well as weak axis and strong axis shears and moments. For me, there is a lot going on here, so I am wondering if anyone could help me with some input to the questions I have below:
1. I don't know of a shear-moment interaction equation; is it correct to consider shear strength of the section independently from axial+bending?
2. I have only been able to find one resource for weak axis bending, from AISC. Does anyone know of a Canadian code resource for weak axis bending of a W-section?
3. Based on the general ideas i'm getting from the AISC resource, it seems that the web would resist the strong axis shear while the flanges would resist the weak axis. Is there any need to consider the weak and strong axis shear together, or is this acceptable to check these both independently?

Thanks so much for your help!

1. Yes, check shear independent of axial force and bending.
3. Yes, check each axis separately, no combination.
