Hi M.Jamali ,

I think the table you posted is a snap , copy and paste from a manufacturer's catalog.

You may look DIN 16963 for the size of HDPE tee's.

Will you provide more details ( service, pressure , connection type...) ?

When the header size large and branch size is small, you may consider the use of tapping saddle ( ferrule strap ) ..

Hi ,Dear HTURKAK
First of all thank you for answer to my question .
this table photo is just a sample ,
my Service : Fire water - 1200 Kpa - 20 C
My piping range 355- 315-280-225-180-125
also i had a glance on DIN 16963 Part 1 / 16 but there aren't suitable data !!!

Dear MJAMALI,

I am not sure what your problem is exactly ..You also may look ISO 4427 for PE pipes and fittings.

The following is a snap from ıso 4427-3 .

If the service is firewater network with service pressure 1200 Kpa , with pipe sizes 355- 315-280-225-180-125 mm,
i would suggest to consider the use of ductile cast fittings and bends.

Probably you have spoken with PE fittings manufacturers and probably they proposed fabricated bends and Tee's.
IMO, the use of HDPE fittings for fire network, is playing Russian Rulette. Consider , just my thoughts.
You may look to the fittings of the following doc.

Dear M. Jamali, if the project is in Australia, looking to your location, it might be an idea to contact a major HDPE pipe and pipe component supplier over there. Even for underground fire water mains in my own country was such a meeting with a manufacturer an eye opener.

They normally can and will give information availability of different pipe and component types. With a HDPD branch tab!e probably it will be also important to know the joining method: welded, shop flanged or glued is sockets.

Good luck.

Thank You , HDPE Material Choose for underground fire water Line, It is ok,
i will Check Iso 4427 and relevant, i think , the require information exist in ISO .

dear FMJalink
i did according to your Suggest but problem is here that , Each supplier has different product format in BW/ EL Fusion / Flange of Branches connection for example ACU-TECH.co has difference than VINIDEX.co and we could not use vendor for it .
thank you For ur help and Cooperation in Issue .

I did not mention the use of Ductile Iron pipes instead of HDPE pipe . I suggested to use ductile cast fittings ( bends and tees) for that pressure .

Pls look to the file:///C:/Users/user/Downloads/water-catalogue-hawle-2022.pdf for fittings compatible with HDPE.

Why do you need that table in the first place?

As you say each vendor does it a bit differently. But so long as you're not limiting on space does it make any difference if you have a single RT put a RT plus a deduct??

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.
