How do I draw the reinforcement in this drawing?

I have a wall where I need to place extra reinforcement in the middle of it (highlighted with red rectangle) at Side B, parallel to the y-axis as seen with the red line:

I need to update the drawing below with this extra reinforcement; but im not sure how to draw the extra reinforcement on the sketch below, can I for example just draw a line in the middle and write "Extra reinforcement along Y-axis on B-side"? Should I perhaps draw a red rectangle? Not sure what is the best way to do it.

I'm not getting a lot out of the second drawing, to be honest.
How I would do that, draw a view or detail looking at the X-Y plane to show how long those bars are, what configuration, and where they're located on that piece. Then draw a section looking down in the Y direction to show which face they're located on, and how far from that face.

It is customary to show wall reinforcement in elevations. Indicate the face by NF (near face), FF (far face), EF (each face), or C (central). Be sure to include the nomenclature and clearance requirements in your general notes.

What is the purpose of these bars? It might help to clarify where they go. It is not clear to me. Also, they will need support bars to hold them in position during concrete placement.
