Hello!

Can anybody explain how floor drain can be accomplished in the outdoor stadium with precast concrete seats?
I think it's not easy to drain huge stadium floor area when heavy rain storm hits.
When I checked precast concrete erection drawings, floor drain was not considered other than sloped top surfaces of seats.
Is this proper method?
Is there any more positive drain method in addition to inclined seat surfaces?

Can you have a slight forward slope for the seating areas and a slight slope, right and left leading to the stairs. These would be connected to vertical 'pipes' at one side of the stairs.

Rather than think climate change and the corona virus as science, think of it as the wrath of God. Feel any better?

-The top surface of seats sloped 2% and the water could be collected with slit trench or gullies at the lowest level of the seat bowl.

- Although huge total collection area, the unit discharge to the trench at lowest level is tolerable and not so big..

- There are polypropylene seating units

- Most of the big stadiums have roof to protect the spectators ..
