Nodes in PV Elite

hi all
iam working on pv elite and it is hard nut to crack how to fit flange after tube-sheet, whenever i click on flange or chanel after front tube-sheet PV elite fits cylinder or flange overlapping on Tubesheet.
images are attached for reference
further should i be carefull with nodes ? are nodes important while adding new components.

Not exactly sure of this issue, but having used PV elite extensively, i can say, sometimes it used to malfunction also. In one version of pvelite sometimes we used to get negative thickness, reinforcements etc. then sometimes it used to had some issues in placement of conical heads. and this was genuine purchased pvelite. so it might be the issue here as well.
 
This type of U-tube exchanger is detailed step by step in the Help section. You dont seem to follow the PV Elite modelling instructions (refer to the Tubesheet pull down menu). Can you post the .pvd file? I'll have a look for you.
