I am attempting to get a temperature distribution of this leading edge of a wing undergoing fast (>> Mach 1) air speed. I am modeling half of the wing, as we are assuming zero degree angle of attack. Are there any obvious reasons that stick out as to why I may be getting this error? I have double checked the material properties and radiation/absolute zero values, and they all appear correct.

If it's pure heat transfer (not thermomechanical analysis) then mechanical boundary conditions are unnecessary. Are those all BCs/loads in this simulation ? Apart from heat flux, you will need something like convection/radiation to solve it properly.
