Anyone use electronic contract signatures? 1

Not Zoho, but I do use the DocuSign integration with BQE. Works really well. Clients actually return signed contracts with all of my lawyer's required initials and other information rather than just a scribble on the signature line and a back and forth of trying to get them to fill it out properly.

Not Zoho, but I use Adobe Sign from within Adobe Acrobat, and every since I started using it, it has been much better than trying to get a decent signature by sending the pdf's myself via a bunch of emails back and forth.

Of course, for larger, more sophisticated clients, I usually have to sign their agreements.

@phamENG I'm curious, what does "integration with BQE" mean? Also, how much are you paying? I see online that there are options for $10 and $25 per month. If I can just pay that and eliminate a lot of the back and forth with signing stuff, it would be well worth it.

BQE Core is an Engineering/Architecture focused project management, time/expense tracking, CRM, Accounting, and invoicing platform. It's expensive, but I got sick of shoe-horning generic and cheap software into the way I was trying to run and bill projects. I think it's only slightly more than Quickbooks the way I have it configured. But I can upload a PDF of a proposal (they have a native proposal builder, but I can't get it to work right with the integration), store it in the software, and then send it to DocuSign to fill out signatures and email to the client. I'm paying $20/month for DocuSign.
