A topic I heard a good bit about while I was in school was "life long learning". In a recent employee evaluation the comment was made that I needed to consider taking classes in topics I was interested in.
I routinely find myself researching / studying / reading to figure out problems. But increasing my skill set on a case by case basis doesn't come with a bunch of certificates hung up on the wall.
HAZWOPER certification was one of the topics which was mentioned. This one is easy as I am partly familiar with Lion Technology and their training courses. I've knocked out one course from them already with plans to do one or two more.
Are there any courses or classes you all can recommend. I honestly could care less about certificates to hang on the wall, I'd rather have something that will assist me in process support / project work / maintenance support / etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
