Hello!
I need to manufacture a splined shaft to fit a sprocket from a 2015 Yamaha R6. I have been unsuccessful in finding the proper spline standard for these sprockets. I believe it should be a JIS spline, possibly under JIS D 2001:1959.
here are some basic dimensions of the sprocket
13 spline - involute
Major Diameter - 25mm
Minor Diameter - 22mm (difficult to accurately measure due to odd number of splines)
I have also attached a photo of the sprocket
If anyone has anyway to figure out the proper specification of this spline it would be appreciated!
