TMx3... Hope this makes sense...

Odd question with lots of quirky answers lurking in corners...

Solid rivets... nominal and oversize follow these general rules...

Nominal, Up-to 3/16 Dia... most solid rivets increment in 0.032... then they increase in 0.063-Dia increments for the larger Dias.

A few rivets increment in 0.032 increments up to 1/4 Dia... then they increase in 0.063-Dia increments for the larger Dias.

1-OS solid rivets for repair, increment in [+0.016] over the nominal Dias specified.

That's it for 'solid' rivets.

HOWEVER... Blind rivets and blind bolts come in an amazing variety of Dias and types and grip-lengths... which I have used to fill odd-Dia holes with minimal drilling/CSK'ing... but these are hard to use in certain type structures and are costly and somewhat difficult to remove. For these... and many other reasons and prejudices... blind fasteners may be prohibited in certain applications. OH, and they come mostly in Monel, steel, A286, Titanium and Inconel. AND Most are hard to find... that require protective/isolation finishes, too. Lucky me... fighters use a high% blind fasteners due to confined/one-sided accessibility.

NOTE1. "Know the rules to break rules like an artist"

I was a field service engineer with the USAF for 10-years. I know lots of 'creative work-around-fastener-stuff' to get jets back in the air safely. Fasteners are a part.

One thing I hesitate to mention are thin-wall 'bushes' or 'sleeves' to fill odd-size holes to restore them to a 'nominal' Dia. Sometimes...

Alas, NOW I'm pooped and have to walk the girl dog.

I can add the following (whether or not stores can get the part number is a different matter entirely).

Edit hope this makes sense, I have reformated it as the editor didn't like my attempt at a table layout.
NAS1097 & BACR15CE, 1st OS NAS1241 & BACR15DS, 2nd OS BACR15EA
MS20470 & BACR15BB, 1st OS NAS1242 & BACR15ET
