Data you are looking for is likely on-line or available thru secondary/re-sale sources... or other GA8 aircraft owners/operators... for a price.

I'm not sure why you'd base a purchase decision on the IPC. I'd be looking at the target plane, and it's history. If one is for sale near you, I'd talk to the owner, he should have an IPC.

I don't know who holds the type certificate for the GA8 (I could look it up, but got bored), after Mahindra Aerospace closed the company. It's unlikely to be an active link, it could have been "surrendered".

I note that Gippsaero is getting re-started ... so that may be a lead.
