Resources for Structural engineers who have revit

i wanted to hear about the different experiences you all have had on how to get hired.
Are there any apprenticeships/jobs for AutoCAD Drafters (I live in TN)
(I look on indeed and make multiple lists....just seems everyone wants you to be certified in order to hire
If there aren't any what do i have to do and get together to build a client base.

just saying this because moneys tough i'm a student only work at food
