Hi,
I am trying to simulate the Preloaded flange bolted connection similar to the one in wind turbine towers. I am using the cohesive behavior to model the surface to surface contact where I need to provide knn, kss and ktt for the cohesive behavior.
I have tried reading the abaqus manual for this but I am still not sure what to put for these values. Is there any formulas through which these values can be found?
Should I model a single bolt apply a preload and find the force/displacement graph and then fins the slope which i will use in place of these values?
Can anybody explain what is the actual meaning of these values and how to estimate them?

You could use the default values. Otherwise, look for them in the literature.
