Spring is a simple torsion spring, having ~1.75 colis. Does not really matter.

Original material is (ASTM A401)EN 10270-2 FDSiCr on the drawing. I want to use (A228)music wire to replace this. Is it a viable replacement? It doesn't seem to be valve spring.

Does it meet the same property requirements?
There are only about 6 ASTM specs for various spring wire grades.
You need to compare things carefully.
And you need to know the operating conditions, stress, temperature, fatigue life, and so on.

One primary difference is that music wire tensile strength vs. Cr-Si strength has a crossover at about 0.080 wire diameter - above that, CrSi wire is stronger, and below that size music wire is stronger. Past that, CrSi wire has better resistance to relaxation at moderately elevated temperatures (250-400 F), and is better at low cycle (10^4 to 10^5 cycles) fatigue.
