Cross section lines not showing up on Geometric view when downloading data

I have downloaded survey data using station-offset CSV file format. I can see stream line but do not see cross section lines and locations. Cross sections are there in data but not showing up on view. How can I view cross section lines?

You seem to have forgotten to mention what software you are using to view or process this data.

Sorry about that, I am talking about HEC-RAS software. Issue with downloading survey data to HEC-RAS.
