MV and LV Cable Separation in Conduit

Good afternoon,

I'm in Ontario Canada and am wondering if there is an OESC (or IEEE, other...) code reference that states the minimum required separation between MV and LV cables. The MV cables are 44 kV and the LV cables will be 120 Vac power cables. Both the MV cables and LV cables will be installed in conduit and buried.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Suggest you reference CSA 22.1:2021 (or whatever the most recent edition happens to be) - Section 16.

Depending on what "class" the conductors fall under, your minimum spacing (and bracing) may be different. Regardless of which "class", though, one of the requirements appears to be that ALL conductors within the raceway/conduit be insulated to the maximum voltage (ac OR dc) of any conductor within that enclosed run.
