I'm working in the settings for SEL 2431 voltage regulator controller and I'm a little confuse with the LDC settings.
The impedance calculated from the line at 5/8 is the following with a 100MVA base and 4.16KV:
R1pu = 2.9875 X1pu = 4.5053
Reg details:
Nominal KV = 7.62
Tap = 2.4
CTR = 500
PTR = 20
BW = 3
Vbase = 122
Vmax = 126
Vmin = 118
With the old controller my LDC settings were R = 3 and X = 2.
Will the SEL 2431 work the same way? Because I'm getting higher values following the manual from SEL.
